ABOUT ME

Hi mama! My name is Aubrey Belew, a doula with a heart for supporting women through one of the most powerful and sacred experiences life offers — birth. I am 25 years old and a wife to my husband Michael and a dog mama to my dog Dallas. I live in the Northport/Tuscaloosa area.

My passion for birth work began back in high school, sitting in a child psychology class where I first learned what a doula was. Something in me lit up. I was captivated by the idea of a role dedicated to nurturing, supporting, and empowering women during pregnancy and birth.

I believe birth was created perfectly and purposefully by God, and that the body carries an incredible wisdom of its own. I’m deeply committed to honoring physiological birth and holding space for women to trust the intuitive strength within them.

My values — authenticity, trust, and encouragement — guide every part of my work. When you invite me into your birth space, you’re inviting someone who listens deeply, supports fully, and genuinely cares about your unique wants, needs, and hopes for birth.

What makes my support different is the warmth and calm I bring. I’m here to comfort, empower, and walk beside you in a way that feels safe, grounding, and aligned with your vision. Whether you desire a faith-centered birth experience, emotional reassurance, or simply someone who believes in you wholeheartedly, I’m honored to be that steady presence.
